02-14-2014 Communications Conference in St. Paul Last weekend I attended a communications conference in St. Paul. The primary presenters were from The Truman Project. WiLL/WAND are the organizations behind this outstanding communications workshop. These are two national organizations for women in politics. WiLL stands for Women Legislators' Lobby.
