Volunteering
When you volunteer, we ask for your name, address, telephone number, and email address. We use the information you provide to send you news and information about the Sandra Masin campaign. We will not sell this information to any third party, under any circumstances. When you volunteer on-line, you have the option of telling us whether you want us to share your contact information with other Democratic campaigns. We work closely with other Democratic candidates and may use this information for party activities and to keep you informed, but we will not share this information if you declined permission when you volunteered, or if you contact us and tell us to not share it outside the Sandra Masin campaign.

Contributing
When you contribute money online: under state and federal election laws, we are required to make periodic filings that provide election officials with information on each contributor: name, address, amount of contribution, date of contribution, employer and occupation. For more information on Minnesota State campaign finance laws, download the PDF entitled "2006 Campaign Manual" from the Minnesota Secretary of State website. When making an online contribution to the "Sandra Masin for Minnesota House" campaign, PayPal will ask for your credit card number and its expiration date, but that information is not shared with this campaign website, its webmaster, or the host web server.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with an appropriate law enforcement investigation, current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on this website.
